Bart Valdez served as Chief Executive Officer for Fastaff and U.S. Nursing from April 2019 to March of 2020. In his short time with the company, he commanded unprecedented revenue growth, doubling the size of the business by implementing key strategic measures for long-term growth.
Valdez is an experienced human capital management executive known for developing and leading strategies to improve revenue and earnings. He served as President of Strategic Resourcing for Syneos Health, where he developed industry leading growth strategies for their clinical trials functional outsourcing services business. Prior to Syneos Health, Mr. Valdez served as General Manager for Ceridian and developed SaaS based solutions that enabled companies to outsource many of their Human Resource functions. In addition, he helped to create some of the industry’s first healthcare exchanges.
During his tenure at Fastaff and U.S. Nursing, Valdez invested in key areas which galvanized growth. In his first year, the company exceeded revenue growth by greater than three times the industry average, ranking the company among the Staffing Industry Analysts Top 100 Staffing Firms for 2019. In his second year, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Valdez successfully led swift operational maneuvers and investments that enabled the company to quickly and expertly fulfill an unprecedented surge in demand for experienced nurses in more than 400 facilities across 45 states.
In his new role as CEO of the entity founded when Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America merged Fastaff, U.S. Nursing, trustaff Management, CardioSolution and Stella AI, Valdez is expected to accelerate organic growth, drive greater product and service innovation, and position the combined company to help meet the nation’s expanding healthcare staffing needs.
